The path of a warrior's lover

The path of a warrior's lover is a manifesto for women who are learning to live between two worlds - civilian and military - every day. It is a path where love, pain, and feelings of separation coexist, but at the same time there is support and strength to help them move on.  We invited our military lovers to sing the song “Draw Me a Night” so that they could express what they sometimes lack words for through singing with those who understand them best. Each participant put their own meanings and experiences into this video, and singing together helped them share their emotions with those going through similar experiences. “Draw Me a Night” was sung by the soldiers' real-life partners: Tetiana Rohoza, Maria Voskoboinyk, Veronika Mishaeva-Yakovleva, Karina Kalita, Maria Yurova, Anastasia Korzun, Olga Chesnokova, Yana Kuznetsova, Oleksandra Lutsak, Svitlana Pavlyshyn, and Oleksandra Kononets. The video consists of the characters singing together and footage of their everyday life. These women are not left alone - they are with those who understand them best. They go through different paths, but they find support in each other. This manifesto aims to draw attention to the challenges faced by the loved ones of soldiers and to tell how they go through war and separation.
