RULES & ELIGIBILITY
Prior to registration for the ADC*UA Awards competition, participants must review the rules and conditions. Submission of entries signifies understanding, acceptance, and compliance with the contest`s rules.
- ADC*UA Awards is organized by the NGO All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition together with LLC Advertising Coalition, Enterprise Advertising Coalition.
- ADC*UA Awards is open to all Ukrainian advertising & communication market participants involved in advertising, production, media, PR, design and creative industries. The contest is national, entries are accepted from participants from Ukraine only.
- The entrant does not conduct business and is not based in the territories of aggressor countries and/or is not a resident of such countries. The entry must not have any links or associations with projects or clients coming from aggressor countries.
- All submitted entries must demonstrate works by the original fresh creative ideas and their solutions.
Entries that have been created, aired, launched or run during January 2025 – April 2026 incl. are accepted for participation. - The entry should be submitted as originally published/aired/released, with no changes, for participation.
- Unlaunched concept or open‑brief works are not eligible for participation, with the exception of the ADC*UA Student Awards 2026 competition.
- The entry must not be speculative advertising and must not have been banned or withdrawn from airing.
- Entries that were submitted to ADC*UA Awards 2025 may only be entered into other contests of the current ADC*UA Awards competition program in 2026, provided that these entries comply with the current competition period from January 2025 through April 2026 inclusive.
- Entries created in collaboration by several agencies may be registered within a single competition category only once and only by one entrant (either one of the agencies or the client). For example, either the agency or the production company may submit the work to the category, but not both. However, entrants may distribute the registration of a work across different categories, since the same work may be submitted into multiple categories.
- A senior executive from the commissioning brand (for example, the CMO or CEO) has agreed for the work to be entered. Organizers may get in touch with this person to confirm the submission if needed.
- A senior officer from the entrant’s company (for example, the CD, CEO or Chairperson) has agreed for the work to be entered. Organizers may also contact this person to confirm the submission if required.
- The entry must not include any mention of the entering company (unless the entering company is the advertiser/client) or any contributing creative companies in the entry materials or written explanation, except in cases of self-promotion or where such references were part of the original execution.
- The entry and its materials must be understood in English.
- Entries must be submitted by the deadline. Payment must be received by 10 May 2026.
- Submitting an entry requires payment of the entry fee, and non-payment of the invoice does not automatically cancel the registration.
- All entries submitted to the competition will be judged, and the payment of fees will be required, unless the entries have been withdrawn.
Entries can be withdrawn from the competition only in writing, by 1 May 2026.
If you decide to withdraw your entry after 1 May 2026, the fee cannot be refunded and the entry must still be paid.
If you wish to withdraw your entry, you must notify us by email to festival@vrk.org.ua, project@vrk.org.ua or call (044) 490 90 30. - All submitted materials must be in their final version at the time you complete and pay for your entries. If additional entry information becomes available after submission, the contest organizers will accept updates and supplementary details only until 1 May 2026.
- By submitting an entry and paying the fee, the entrant confirms that they hold the legal right to participate in the contest under these rules. The entrant guarantees compliance with copyright (legal use of music, photos, texts, etc.) and undertakes to resolve any disputes on this matter with third parties independently.
- For the purpose of promoting the contest, the organizers may screen, publish, or reproduce any materials submitted to the site.
- Entries that do not meet all the listed requirements may be deemed ineligible for ADC*UA Awards 2026. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in disqualification or withdrawal of the entry without refund.
ENTRY SUBMISSION RULES
- Entries must be completed online at https://creative-stories.com.ua/.
- An entry is an online form completed in full, with all required materials correctly uploaded in accordance with the contest’s technical requirements.
- Entries must meet these rules, follow technical requirements, and be publicly launched.
- Entries forming a campaign (or series) of several works must be submitted as a series/campaign of entries. Each entry in the series is paid separately.
- A series/campaign of entries is a group of entries tied to one creative idea. Each entry must promote the same product or service using the same medium. You may submit a series of two or more executions as part of a campaign.
- Entries must be prepared in English. The entry materials (video, image, sound video, case film) must be submitted in English.
All materials must be submitted for judging exactly as published, aired, or implemented, and may not be modified for awards entry. However, files not originally in English must be translated as follows:
- English translation in the footnote of the image,
- English subtitle for the video. - In your personal account, when creating an entry for the ADC*UA Awards, the following sections are mandatory: “Entry Type,” “Written Entry Data,” “Media files (Upload),” and “Select contest & categories.” The description section for IAB MIXX Awards should be skipped if the entry is not being submitted to that competition.
- All judging materials will be presented to the jury online. Please ensure that all submitted materials are clear, easily understood, and suitable for presentation to the jury.
- Confidentiality of judging: Entries must not include the agency’s name or logo in the entry form or creative materials, except in cases of self-promotion. The jury must not be able to identify whose entry they are judging. Breaking this rule may lower your score.
- Please carefully review your account details. The organizing team uses personal data to contact you and to process entry submissions.
The entrant name field is duplicated on the website and used for diplomas, awards, and the Award Ceremony. Please enter the name of the agency/company without quotation marks, parentheses, or ownership type.
Carefully check and re-check the credits and materials you have submitted. These credits and materials will be published on our website exactly as you have typed them.
