I’m Fine is a digital extension of the Ukrainian art installation that debuted at Burning Man - a visual manifesto of resilience in the face of war. But while the physical artwork was temporary and its audience limited, the war continues. Our goal was to preserve and expand this emotional experience by transforming it into an immersive website available to anyone, anywhere. The idea was not to build a website about the installation, but to make the website itself an installation. Using 3D motion design, parallax scrolling, layered animation, and custom audio, we created a digital space where users don’t navigate - they move through. Where every interaction feels like stepping through debris, and each broken sign reveals a real story of someone behind the phrase “I’m fine”. Technically, the site combines cutting-edge front-end technology with deep emotional storytelling. The visual chaos is intentional but controlled. The interface is minimal, but the experience is full. Sound design by DJ Tapolsky - a mix of electronic textures, shattered glass, and human voices - acts as a second narrative layer. As a result, the project reached audiences in over 80 countries and became a tool for cultural diplomacy. It is now used in international events and programs as a living, accessible symbol of Ukrainian strength - and proof that design and technology can speak where words fall short.
